UKEY LIMITED is responsible for software and product development and is the official developer and publisher of the UKey Wallet mobile app and browser extension.

UKEY PTE. LTD. is authorized to conduct international marketing and advertising for the UKey Wallet brand, including the operation of the relevant Google Ads account.

The difference between the developer name shown in the app stores and the advertiser name shown in Google Ads reflects this division of responsibilities. Neither company is an unrelated third party.

Self-Custody & Security

UKey provides non-custodial wallet software, hardware wallets, and separate offline recovery-backup products. Neither UKEY LIMITED nor UKEY PTE. LTD. holds, stores, collects, manages, or controls users’ private keys, recovery phrases, digital assets, or transaction authorization. Users retain sole control of their private keys, recovery phrases, assets, and transactions.

UKey does not take custody of users’ digital assets.

UKey does not authorize transactions on behalf of users.
Users retain sole control of their keys, assets, and transactions.
