1. Product introduction
UKey Seed Ring It is a wearable NFC auxiliary device specially designed for digital asset mnemonic backup and recovery. This product is positioned as a physical recovery medium, designed to reduce the risk of forgetting mnemonic words and losing physical media by wearing it with you.
This product No Independent wallet terminal, Unable To initiate or sign any transaction, a compatible UKey App or hardware wallet must be used to complete the asset recovery process.

3. Core features and working principles
Safe storage mechanism: The microchip inside the ring only saves the index, sequence and verification data related to asset recovery. Do not save the complete mnemonic directly in plain text, ensuring asset safety to the greatest extent.
passive working mode: Adopt battery-less design. Only when the ring is close to an external device that supports NFC, the electromagnetic field generated by the device is temporarily powered and data reading is completed.
Zero network exposure: No continuous running status, no remote wireless connection. After the reading is completed (the ring leaves the sensing area), the chip immediately cuts off power and stops all responses, with extremely low digital exposure.
Functional boundaries are clear: Only used for mnemonic backup and recovery assistance, and will never participate in the initiation and signature verification of any transaction.
4. Operation Guide
Before use, please make sure that your mobile phone or external device has the NFC function turned on.(Note: The actual interface name and steps may vary depending on the client software version. Please refer to the actual prompts of the App or hardware wallet.)
1. Write or bind process
step one: Open the app or hardware wallet function page that supports UKey Seed Ring.
Step 2: Follow the system prompts to enter the "Backup", "Write" or "Bind Ring" process.
Step 3: Place the ring close to the phone or device NFC sensing area(usually located on the upper back of the phone).

2. Asset recovery process
step one: Open an app or hardware wallet that supports the recovery process.
Step 2: Enter the "Import Wallet" or "Restore Wallet" page and choose to restore through the ring.
Step 3: Place the ring close to the device NFC sensing area.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete subsequent operations.(Note: If your account has been set up with an additional password/Passphrase or other security verification, you still need to manually enter the security information when restoring.)
5. Important reminders and safety suggestions

No trading permission: This product does not have private key signing capabilities and cannot be used to authorize any on-chain transactions.

trusted environment: Please only perform write and read operations in physical environments and trusted devices that you confirm are safe.
Save in isolation: Do not store your additional passwords, account passwords and other sensitive security information with the ring in the same physical location for a long time.
Daily protection: Although high-strength ceramics are scratch-resistant, please avoid strong physical impact, falling from high places or impact with sharp hard objects.
Cleaning and maintenance: When the surface becomes dirty, please wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth and avoid using chemical solvents.
