How to participate in UKey Referral Officer Program and get rewards?
UKey The Referrer Program rewards users who recommend UKey products and services to the community and friends. By sharing your exclusive invitation link or invitation code, When invitees purchase official hardware wallets or use UKey Wallet specific features, you will receive a corresponding proportion of rebate rewards.
Applicable product range
The Recommendation Officer Program covers the following UKey ecological products and services (some functions will be launched soon, please refer to the actual page):
hardware wallet: Purchase physical products such as hardware wallets in the official mall.
UKey Wallet Application Services: Including financial pledge (Earn), Swap trading, contract trading and Prime membership subscription.
How do I join the program and set up a payment address?
There is no additional application required to participate in the program. You only need to obtain the exclusive invitation link in UKey Wallet and bind the payment address:
Visit recommendation page: In the left menu bar of UKey Wallet App (supports desktop, mobile, browser plug-in or web version), click to enter the 〖Referral〗 page.
Get invitation code: On the right side of the page, you can view and copy your "Exclusive Invitation Code" and "Invitation Link".
Bind payment address: Click the 〖Edit〗 button on the left side of the page and enter the Arbitrum (EVM) payment address used to receive rewards.
Security verification: The system will send a verification code to your bound email address. Enter the verification code to complete the address binding.
View status: After the setting is completed, you can view the current rebate ratio and reward distribution status in real time on the 〖Referral〗 main interface.
Recommendation officer level and commission rebate rules
The system will automatically adjust your recommendation level and rebate ratio based on your recommendation performance of the month (hardware sales or contract turnover, whichever is satisfied).

Level adjustment rules:
Instant upgrade: After meeting the corresponding conditions, the system will immediately upgrade you and apply the new rebate ratio in real time.
Automatic relegation: The relegation assessment will be conducted after 23:59 on the 18th of every month. The rules are consistent with the upgrade conditions.
Downgrade mechanism: If you fail to meet the performance standards of the current level for two consecutive months, you will automatically be downgraded by one level.
Things to note: DeFi Performance fees are temporarily not included in the assessment of level ups and downs, and the commission rate of this part is fixed at 10%. High-level recommendation officers will unlock more official exclusive rights in the future.
Reward settlement and distribution mechanism
All referral rewards do not need to be collected manually. UKey will be automatically sent to the payment address you bound in the 〖Referral〗 panel on a regular basis. Currently, recommendation rewards are settled in USDC.
1. Hardware wallet recommendation rewards
Data synchronization: After the invited user successfully places an order, the corresponding record can be viewed in your reward panel within about 30 minutes.
Order confirmation: The reward will be confirmed by the system 30 days after the order payment.
Reward distribution: On the 18th of every month, the system will take a snapshot of the confirmed rewards and the UKey team will automatically issue them to your payment address (if it falls on a weekend, it will be postponed to the next working day).
2. Financial pledge (Earn) recommendation rewards
Data synchronization: The system updates statistics every hour and displays them in your rewards panel.
settlement rules: The rebate amount will be settled based on the asset income of the invitee's participation in Earn, and will be converted into USDC based on the current market price on the 1st of the next month.
Reward distribution: The referrer's rewards will be sent to the set payment address; the invitees' cashback rewards will be sent to their Arbitrum network wallet address. The distribution time is before the 18th of each month.

Q: Why does my panel not display the reward after the invitee completed the operation?
A: Please confirm whether the invited users accurately use your exclusive invitation link or invitation code when purchasing or activating. Since there may be a delay in data synchronization (for example, it takes 30 minutes for hardware orders), please check again later.
Q: Why has my hardware wallet referral reward amount decreased?
A: Reward deductions are usually caused by the following two situations:
The invited user's order applied for a refund;
System risk control determined that the order contained irregularities such as order brushing or payment fraud.In order to ensure the safety and compliance of the platform and payment channels, when the above situation occurs, the rebate for the corresponding order will be deducted from the original route.
