This program aims to establish a transparent and continuous incentive mechanism to reward partners who popularize digital asset security knowledge to new users and recommend UKey hardware wallet products.
By generating your own exclusive referral link, you can earn a proportional commission share from valid orders facilitated by you. The following are the detailed operating rules and compliance requirements of this plan.
1. Participation methods and operating mechanisms

Content sharing: Share your promotion link through objective product reviews, tutorials or usage experiences on your personal website, self-media channel, technology blog or community.
Order tracking: When a new user accesses the UKey official website through your exclusive link and completes the purchase, the system will automatically track and record the order through Cookie (validity is usually 30 days).
Commission received: After the order passes the no-reason return period, the corresponding commission will be credited to your recommender account.
2. Commission levels and share ratios
UKey adopts a tiered commission system based on historical sales performance. All participants start as a "Basic Recommendation Officer", and the system will evaluate your sales performance on a monthly basis and automatically adjust the level.

>Official description: If the sales requirements of the current level are not met for 3 consecutive months, the system will automatically downgrade to the corresponding adaptation level. UKey reserves the right to adjust the above ratio according to market conditions, and any adjustments will be announced via email in advance.
3. Settlement and Withdrawal Rules
In order to meet the fund usage habits of Web3 users, we provide a settlement solution based on the blockchain network:
Supported currencies: Currently used uniformlyUSDTorUSDC(Supports mainstream networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc., depending on the support of the settlement backend) for distribution.
billing cycle: Between the 10th and 15th of each month, the system will automatically calculate and settle all the expenses incurred in the previous natural month.Valid ordercommission.
Valid order definition: The order has been paid and received by the user and has exceeded the official return and exchange period (usually 15-30 days, during which no return is initiated). If a refund occurs, the commission corresponding to the order will be deducted.
Withdrawal threshold: When the accumulated unsettled commissions in your account reach50 USDWhen the amount is equal, you can initiate a withdrawal application in the background.
4. Promotion Compliance and Restrictions (Required Reading)
In order to maintain a good brand reputation and a fair promotion environment, UKey strictly prohibits the following violations. Once a system or manual review finds a violation, UKey reservesPermanently suspend the recommender's account and freeze all unpaid commissionsrights:
Self-referral is prohibited: Recommenders are strictly prohibited from purchasing products for themselves or their immediate family members through links under their own names in order to obtain commissions.
Prohibit search engine brand bidding (Brand Bidding): It is strictly prohibited to bid on core brand keywords such as "UKey", "UKey Wallet", "UKey hardware wallet" and related typos on search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
False or exaggerated publicity is prohibited: Promotional content must be factual. It is strictly prohibited to use "absolutely safe", "cannot be stolen" and other exaggerated words that violate UKey's official neutrality and objective principles.
Spam is prohibited: It is strictly prohibited to promote through unsolicited emails (EDM bombing), malicious screen spam and other methods that disturb others.
