If you need to remove UKey Wallet from your device, please follow the standard procedures below based on your platform.
1. Chrome Extension
Step 1: Click the Extensions icon (represented by a puzzle piece ) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.
Step 2: Locate UKey Wallet from the list of extensions and click the More actions icon (three vertical dots[⋮]) next to it.
Step 3: Select Remove from Chrome... from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Remove to complete the uninstallation.
2. Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)
Step 1: Locate the UKey Wallet app icon on your device's home screen.
Step 2: Press and hold the app icon until the shortcut menu appears.
Step 3: Follow the prompt based on your operating system:
iOS: Tap Remove App, then select Delete App to confirm.
Android: Tap Uninstall (or drag the icon to the "Uninstall" area at the top of the screen) and confirm the action.

Uninstalling UKey Wallet will permanently remove all local wallet data from your current device. Before proceeding with the uninstallation, please ensure that you have securely backed up your Secret Recovery Phrase (Mnemonic) or Private Keys. As long as you have your backup, you can restore your wallet and access your assets on any supported device at any time.
