1. Application process for joint product cooperation

In order to better serve Web3 institutions and communities, UKey provides co-branding and in-depth customization services for hardware wallets. The standard process for cooperation and docking is as follows:

  • Submission of requirements: Please send your brand customization needs and business proposals to UKey official business team email:[email protected].

  • Demand docking and assessment: After receiving your request, our business development team will conduct an internal evaluation and assign a specialist to contact you to jointly promote the design, production scheduling and final implementation of the joint product.

2. Institutional-level underlying security architecture: protecting Web3 enterprise assets

UKey is committed to providing high-standard security hardware support for professional institutions and enterprise customers. The reason why we are able to win the trust of leading organizations stems from our adherence to the following three core security principles:

1. Full-stack open source verification system

UKey Reject the closed underlying architecture and insist on the code-level full-stack open source of software and hardware systems (including client software and device underlying firmware). All core code is hosted on GitHub, allowing global developers and independent third-party audit institutions to conduct unlimited code review and logic verification. Absolute technical transparency ensures that there are no backdoor risks in the system.

2. CC EAL 6+ certified dual security chip architecture

Different from the traditional fragile solution of storing the private key in a general-purpose microprocessor (MCU), UKey Core 26 The hardware architecture has two built-in financial-grade security chips (Secure Element) that have passed CC EAL 6+, the highest international security level certification.

  • Anti-physical cracking: All access and encryption instructions involving private keys are executed in ciphertext within the security chip. The system has the underlying capabilities to resist physical brute force cracking, side channel attacks and replay attacks. Even if an attacker physically disassembles the device, probes it, or attempts to flash maliciously tampered MCU firmware, it cannot bypass local PIN verification to extract any core encryption information.

3. Private key physical isolation and local offline signature

UKey's architectural design ensures that the mnemonic phrase and derived private key are only generated and permanently resident within the SE security chip. Complete physical isolation from any network environment, including the operating system of the connected host computer or mobile device.

  • Resistant to cyberattacks: Digital signature calculations for all on-chain transactions are completed in a closed isolation area inside the UKey hardware. The hardware device is responsible for parsing the transaction target address and contract parameters. Force users to perform manual authorization through the device screen and physical buttons, thereby effectively blocking remote tampering by malware and address replacement phishing attacks. also, UKey's offline mechanism fundamentally forces users to use physical media (such as paper or titanium plates) to back up mnemonic phrases. This eliminates the potential data leakage risks caused by electronic storage (such as cloud notes and screenshots).

3. Full platform compatibility and multi-chain network support

UKey combines hardware-level security with software-side flexibility to meet the diverse asset management needs of enterprises and individuals:

  • Full platform coverage: UKey The client seamlessly adapts to macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android operating systems, And a browser extension version is available.

  • Deep ecological support: The bottom layer of the system natively supports more than 10 mainstream blockchain mainnets including Bitcoin (Bitcoin), TRON, etc. And fully compatible with all EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) networks. More than 30,000 types of cryptocurrencies and digital tokens are supported for secure storage, management and interaction.
