5. Return Policy

In original packaging
With intact tamper-evident seals
For security reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Devices that have been initialized or used to store any digital assets
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

6. Warranty Policy
All products purchased from Ukey Store come with a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
